Concepts Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Concepts ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our game, available via web browser and as a Progressive Web App (PWA). By accessing or using Concepts, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Concepts. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

Account

An account is required to play Concepts. You must sign in with Google to access the game. When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must not share your account or let others access it
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

When using Concepts, you agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play the game
• Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game statistics
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in multiplayer sessions
• Intentionally create offensive, harmful, or inappropriate concepts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

User Content

When you create concepts by combining existing ones, these are user-generated creations for which you are responsible, even though they are assisted by AI models. By creating concepts, you understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for the concepts you create and the combinations you choose to make
• AI-assisted concepts may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results
• We do not pre-screen all possible concept combinations
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any concept that violates these terms

Multiplayer Conduct

When participating in multiplayer sessions, you share a board with other players in real-time. You agree to:

• Treat other players with respect
• Not intentionally disrupt or grief other players' experience
• Understand that your display name and actions are visible to other players

Service Availability

We strive to keep Concepts available, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access without liability.

Payments

We use Paddle to process payments and subscriptions. Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

If Concepts is unavailable for any reason, you can still manage your subscription by using the customer portal links included in Paddle emails (such as receipts or subscription confirmations). If you can’t find those emails, contact us at [email protected], and we will email you the URL to the customer portal where you can cancel your subscription. Or, you can contact Paddle customer support directly.

Refund Policy

If you purchase a subscription, your payment may be processed by our payment partner (Paddle), who may act as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, downgrades, or unused features.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, made a duplicate purchase, or experienced a technical issue with billing, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review your request and, where appropriate, coordinate with Paddle to process any refund or correction in accordance with Paddle's policies and applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Concepts at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bots, automation, fraud, and cheating. Any user suspected of using automated tools, manipulating game mechanics, or engaging in fraudulent activity will be subject to immediate shadow ban or permanent ban without warning. You can appeal the decision by contacting us.

In cases of termination due to abuse, fraud, cheating, bots/automation, chargeback abuse, or other violations of these terms, we may cancel your subscription and you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to delete your account and data, please contact us. You may want to see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Concepts after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
